Every insurance plan has different rules and regulations regarding teletherapy. To better understand your insurance policy, call the member line on the back of your insurance card to ensure your insurance covers online counseling sessions.

  2. Make sure your computer’s camera and audio work well. We can send you a link with a test to make sure you have a good connection.

  3. Make sure your internet will support streaming and online video.
