It Begins with Loving-Kindness

IT BEGINS WITH LOVING-KINDNESS...

Successful therapy or coaching experiences focus on developing self-compassion. We often can't get where we need to go without developing loving-kindness toward ourselves. If we don't have the faith in our basic goodness, then achieving our goals and aspirations can seem difficult, if not impossible.

From the seemingly never-good-enough culture we live in, we may often internalize that we are never enough as we are. When seeking out therapy or meditation coaching, it is often to try to fix ourselves. We falsely believe there is something "wrong" with us. Through seeking help, we harness our intuitive wisdom that we are deserving of something greater. By starting this process we are letting go of judgments, which allows us to embrace change.

Imagine how your life would be if you were more loving toward yourself... How would you feel? What would your relationships be like? What would you be doing differently? We are the creators of our own reality, truth, and happiness. This might seem like a distant possibility, but with a safe and confidential place to explore your inner self, you learn to trust the process.

With that said, I want to welcome you on the adventure of developing loving-kindness. This journey is off the beaten path, which could be scary and challenging. However, you will not be alone and will receive the support you need every step of the way. While developing your path, you will also be planting and watering the seeds of the life you want to embrace. You may also do some weeding!

Together, we will be creating a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and open. I look forward to creating that space with you--allying to cultivate your potential as a whole-hearted person.
